Hello and welcome to "The Power of Your Voice". I am thrilled you decided to learn about all the ways in which you can use your voice to assist you on your journey of healing and discovery.
Within our bodies, we have an amazing tool - one that we can use for healing, for moving energy, for expressing who we are, and for sharing what we believe.
We can use our voice to begin the inner work of transformation in all aspects of our being. Not only can our voice create relaxation and calm in our nervous system, our voice can express and release stored trauma, process stuck energy, and transform how we communicate our needs, desires, and gifts.
This is a journey of discovering yourself and learning to love and use your voice as the gift that it is. Thank you for entrusting me as your guide.

Within these five modules, you will learn tools and techniques that you can use as often as you’d like to support your overall well-being. And because you carry your voice with you wherever you go, these tools are available to you at all times. It’s a game changer in my opinion. When I began using my voice in this way, I began healing long held trauma, feelings of low self-worth and a fear of speaking up.
Our voices hold extreme power. I believe our voice is the key that unlocks so much. It is a catalyst for self-awareness, a tool for self-care, and ultimately, the encourager of deep self-love, which is where all true and lasting transformation begins. When we embrace our own voice, we embrace ourselves, deeply and completely, for exactly who we are.
Your voice can transform your experience like no other tool. So let’s begin exploring all your voice has to offer you.

In this module, we explore the three voices that you have and how “unlocking the voice can liberate the spirit” because they are so deeply connected. We will uncover some of your vocal story so that you are aware of how your history (with your voice and emotions) has impacted how you use your voice.
In this module, we begin by creating a safe space to explore your voice. A guided meditation helps relax and ground you to feel free enough to explore your voice. We also discuss how to care for your physical voice, and what proper alignment and stature feels like and looks like. We will explore some simple vocalizing and get you in touch with the expression and the power of your voice.
The voice is a connector of gut wisdom and heart wisdom. The vagus nerve resides in and regulates both the gut and the brain. Activating the vagus nerve regulates our nervous system and, when engaged, allows for our parasympathetic response to bring about a sense of peace and calm and well-being. We can create a safe sensory experience for ourselves using our voice and breath to activate the vagus nerve. We will practice in this module.
Energy cannot be created nor destroyed - only transformed. We are going to process and move out any stuck energy and unprocessed emotion. We are all energy and all matter is energy moving at a slow enough rate to be perceived with the five senses
The astral energy body is where we store emotion that has not been processed, which ultimately leads to physical manifestation of the stuck energy as dis-ease or illness, aches in joints, pain, dysfunction of organs or systems and more. As Jill Leigh from the Energy Healing Institute explains, "Repressed emotion is called somatizing. And over time somatizing can cause problems (stress leads to knots, anxiety leads to ulcers, and so on.” It is our job and our right to process and clear it, for our ultimate well-being.
In this module, we practice freewriting to deeply connect with your inner voice, so that you can express your desires and allow your truth to come forward onto the page. This is a process that you can revisit daily, weekly, whatever feels right for you. We also discuss 5 steps to empowered communication, so that you can create safety for yourself to communicate kindly and firmly in challenging conversations. Give yourself permission to speak up and hold your boundaries. You are allowed to use your voice!
